I am Judith Benavent, the founder of holistic barcelona, a project born after many years of training and work in the field of natural therapies, well-being, and personal growth.

After many years of spiritual seeking, going through several depressions and existential crises, I have managed to reach a state of deep peace and healing. It is from this place that I share myself with you in this beautiful and sacred space: holistic barcelona.

Over the years, my restless and curious mind, along with my desire for spiritual growth, has led me to train in various disciplines. The ones I integrate into my sessions are primarily therapeutic massage (which has never left me since I started in 2002), holistic kinesiology (since 2010), Usui Reiki (since 2006), past life therapy (the latest addition and a great discovery; I continue to delve and learn), some Gestalt techniques (since 2012), aromatherapy…

With all that I have learned and experienced, my aim is to accompany you in your process of transformation and deep soul healing, hoping that this journey leads you to a beautiful place where you find peace and balance in life.

My guidance is gentle, respectful… (perhaps my own process and my high sensitivity invite me to this). I have great trust in self-regulation and self-healing: our energy knows how to regulate itself, our body knows how to heal itself… we just need to give it the impulse it needs. A loving impulse born from the soul’s need to heal: without effort, without struggle, without fight…

It will be you, and only you, who, through your own healing and liberation process, will heal and liberate yourself; I will only be the fortunate one who can guide and accompany you (accompany your soul) on this wonderful journey.

My goal is for you to make the unconscious conscious, to unlock and heal physical and mental tensions, beliefs, and limiting patterns… to free yourself from everything that hinders your flow and connection with your true essence. To heal the deepest wounds. To heal… to heal everything you came to heal in this life… because only through deep healing can you be completely free to create a fulfilling life and connect with your maximum potential.
